Born Memphis, Tennessee, October 7, 1960, Susan joined Glassman, Edwards, Wade & Wyatt, P.C., as a legal assistant in October of 1988.

Susan is a graduate of Memphis State University with Bachelor of Science Degree in Secondary Physical and Health Education. Her prior work history includes five years in the insurance claims industry involving Technical Assistance to the claims department and as an outside casualty claims adjuster. Susan has obtained her General Insurance Institute Certificate.

Married to Scott Stephenson; three daughters, Morgan Ruth Berry, Whitney Stephenson, and Ashley Stephenson.
