Born in Memphis, Tennessee, August 6, 1960.  Diane joined Glassman, Edwards, Wade & Wyatt, P.C. in January 2004.  Diane most recently served over eight years at the corporate offices of a  REIT corporation serving as Executive Administrative Assistant to the Chairman and CEO.  Prior work history includes seven years at a Memphis downtown law firm where she served as a legal secretary and assistant to the business manager of that firm.  Diane is currently a member of Subsidium, Inc. an organization that supports the Memphis Oral School for the Deaf.

Married to Mike Asbridge; one child,  Joshua Landon Asbridge.
