The Young Lawyers' Division (YLD) of the Memphis Bar Association sponsored its first Triple Threat Series of 2010 on April 8th at the University of Memphis-Cecil C. Humphreys law school.  The Triple Threat is an opportunity for lawyers to (1) leave work early, (2) earn continuing learning education (CLE) credit, and (3) socialize.  Senior shareholder, Richard Glassman, was chosen by the YLD Board of Directors to serve as the keynote presenter for the CLE.

The CLE presentation was entitled Legal Malpractice: How Not to Do it, wherein Mr. Glassman presented on the fundamentals of practicing law.  He gave insightful tips by sharing various entertaining narratives to a crowd of attorneys in order to demonstrate the manner in which lawyers should strive to practice.
