GEWW Members Take It to the STREETS

Associate, Keisha Moses opened her heart and her voice this season as she entertained and engaged a second grade class at GeorgiaAvenueElementary school in Memphis.

With the aid of Mary Marsha Riley, Moses, along with Associate, David Riley and staff member, LaQuagne Watkins, joined other community leaders in hosting a Christmas party at the school Friday.

They are part of a team involved with STREETS, a Christian ministry dedicated to serving high-risk youth in some of the toughest neighborhoods in Memphis.

Moses lifted the children’s spirits as she sang holiday favorites, “Silent Night” and “Jingle Bells” – the children had a glorious time singing, clapping, smiling and laughing.
