Members of the firm litigate in all of the federal and state courts in Tennessee, Northern Alabama, Eastern Arkansas and Northern Mississippi.   Mr. Glassman and Mr. Edwards have previously done extensive work in a supervisory capacity of litigation pending in other states.  Several members of the firm have extensive experience in corporate, estate planning, employer-employee relations, patents and insurance law. 

Members of the firm have handled cases which set the standard for an award of punitive damages in the state of Tennessee as well as extending loss of consortium damages to parents who have lost children due to the negligence of others. In excess of 70% of the firm’s cases are referrals from other attorneys in numerous states.
