Attended Mississippi State University, graduating in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering.

Attended the University of Mississippi Law School, graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 1989.

Licensed to practice in Alabama. Admitted to practice before the Alabama Supreme Court, the United States District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Alabama.

Licensed to practice in Mississippi. Admitted to practice before the Mississippi Supreme Court, the United States District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Licensed to practice in Tennessee. Admitted to practice before the Tennessee Supreme Court, the United States District Court, Western and Middle Districts of Tennessee.

Licensed to practice as patent attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Todd joined Glassman, Edwards, Wade & Wyatt, P.C. in 1998, predominantly practicing in the areas of insurance defense, general litigation, commercial litigation, construction, products liability, trucking, professional liability defense, patent infringement litigation, trademark litigation, and patent and trademark prosecution.

Todd is married to Marie A. Murrah, has two daughters, Mary Ashley and Natalie.
